Hole number 11 is a simple hole
if you play it exactly right, but it requires a lay-up for most longer
hitters and poorly positioned tee shots can make the 2nd shot really
tough. This dogleg right might even allow the very long hitters to go
for it, but risk/reward comes into play. The ideal lay-up would
leave about 120-140 yards to the green which is uphill and difficult to
judge. Pay special attention to the pin location since you don't
want to be putting across the green which rolls from the center back
both left and right. This hole has earned its ranking as the
number 4 handicap hole. (click for full view)
