Hole number 6 is the 2nd longest
par 4 and brings one thing to mind, "Long into the
Wind". It seems no matter what direction the wind is blowing,
you are always hitting into the wind on six. You want to stay to
the left of the center of the fairway since balls to the right will roll
right and the best approach is from the left side. There is no
sand on six, but the green is protected with mounds front left and
right. Don't be long since the back falls away fast and can be a
tough up and in. This green slopes from left to right with the
left being pretty flat. (click for full view)
