Number 8 is a medium length par
5 dogleg left. If you hit a big drive and if you can control a
draw it may be reachable in two. If you are long off the tee the
landing area has a pretty good slope and falls away from right to left
so the 2nd shot will have a little built in right to left
movement. The green is well protected with three large bunkers
about 50 yards in front and another bunker protecting the front of the
green. If you miss the green make sure it is to the right and
short. If you go left or long it is difficult to recover and save
your par. The green has two levels with the higher level in the
back which can create some interesting putts. (click for full view)
