An Exclusive Event can be booked any day of the week, with start times before 10:00 am or at 1:00 pm.  Island Green will be closed exclusively for your event and will not accommodate outside golfers.  Exclusive events amenities include the following:

The minimum charge, including all amenities, taxes and gratuities is $6,800.00.  The price per person for this package is $85.00 with a minimum billing of 80 players, any participates exceeding 80 players up to 144 participates will be charged $85.00 per player.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is due upon Island Green’s acceptance of your event. Additional items selected are subjected to additional taxes and gratuities.

Types of Food Service Available

Served

The meal service will be served American style. All menu courses will be served with the exception on beverage.  Beverages (iced water and iced tea) will be pre-set.  The place setting will be china including charger plate, salad plate, soup bowl or sorbet dish, dinner plate, bread & butter plate, dessert plate, water goblet, iced tea goblet or wine glass, knife, butter knife, salad fork, fork, spoon, and cloth napkin.  each table will have a centerpiece and appropriate condiments as menu dictates.  serving personnel will be dressed in black slacks, black dress shows, white tuxedo shirts, black bow tie, black cummerbund, and white gloves.

Meal will consist of:

first course—salad selection

second course—soup or sorbet selection

main course—entrée selection, a starch, one vegetable, and hot bread w/ butter

dessert—dessert selection

beverage—coffee, iced tea, and water will be served throughout the meal

Buffet

The meal service will be served buffet style (minimum 25 people).  the food will be presented on a skirted TABLE (s) with a centerpiece using appropriate display trays and chafing dishes with the exception of dessert and beverages.  dessert and beverages (iced water and iced tea) will be pre-set.  guests will serve themselves to whatever food they may like from the buffet tables.  however, buffet style does NOT mean that the service is all-you-can-eat.  there will be sufficient food for the guests to go through the buffet line once.  the place setting will be china including a dinner plate (on buffet table), dessert plate, water goblet, iced tea goblet or wine glass, knife, salad fork, fork, spoon, dessert fork or spoon, and cloth napkin.  each customer table will have a centerpiece and appropriate condiments as menu dictates (ex. cream, sugar, sugar substitute, salt, pepper, etc.).  serving personnel will be dressed in black slacks, black dress shoes, white tuxedo shirt, and black bow tie.

Meal will consist of:

salad—mixed greens w/ 3 dressings & 3 toppings, 2 prepared salads

main course—entrée selection, a starch, two vegetables, and hot bread w/ butter

dessert—dessert selection

beverage—coffee, iced tea, and water will be served throughout the meal.

Chicken Prima-Rosa

grilled breast of chicken served with homemade cream sauce accented with fresh & sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil .

Smoked Prime Rib (8-10oz)

usda grade a prime slow hickory smoked in our smoker and served with a horseradish coin.

Carved Glazed Pit Ham

pit ham scored, garnished and basted with honey-fruit glaze.

Parmesan-Crumbed Chicken

baked marinated breast of chicken with a crunchy parmesan cheese-bread crumb coating.

Grilled Portabella Mushroom

marinated giant portabella mushrooms grilled with our special blend.

Filet of Salmon with Tomato Salsa

an 8oz salmon filet topped with our special tomato salsa with olives and capers.

KC Strip Steak with Roasted Shallot Sauce

hand cut beef strip loin (approximately 8oz).  gilled and served with fire-roasted onion sauce.

Tuxedo Tie Pasta with Fresh Basil Pesto, Shrimp or Chicken and Asparagus

a fresh colorful dish made with homemade pesto with shrimp or chicken and asparagus.  topped with diced tomato and roasted walnuts

Filet Mignon (approximately 8oz)

hand cut beef tenderloin wrapped in smokehouse bacon.  Grilled and served with zesty tarragon butter.

Rosemary Roasted or Honey Glazed Pork Loin

pork loin seasoned with our special rub and fresh rosemary.  slow roasted to perfection.  can be served with a choice of sauce.

smoked-gouda chicken breast

breast of chicken stuffed with caramelized onion and smoked gouda cheese and lightly breaded with special cornmeal-walnut crust.

Carved Roast beef

herb-crusted usda grade a beef slow roasted until tender-perfect.

Pastry Wrapped Stuffed Zucchini

baked zucchini squash stuffed with ratatouille and caramelized onion wrapped in pastry served with prima-rose sauce.

Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast

choice of marinade (roasted red pepper, Italian herb, tomato-basil, or teriyaki) grilled to seal in each marinades special flavor profile.

Fried Catfish Filet

farm raised catfish lightly breaded and deep-fried until golden brown.  served with fresh lemon and homemade tartar sauce.

Garlic-Basil Crusted Chicken

baked marinated breast of chicken with crunchy chip-fresh basil coating.

Chicken Picatta

an Italian classic.  lightly seasoned-floured breast of chicken sautéed and served with a lemon essence chicken sauce.


Carved Sun Dried-Tomato Roasted Turkey

breast of turkey rubbed and roasted with sun dried-tomatoes and fresh herbs.
